Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays)

• You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships

• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day

Delivery Time

Standard Shipping (FREE): 7-15 business days

Expedited Shipping: 7-12 business days (available at checkout)

Express Shipping: 3-7 business days (available at checkout)

Shipping Coverage

• We currently ship to all 50 US states

• PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses are accepted

• International shipping coming soon!

Return Requirements

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Be in original condition (unused, unwashed, with all tags attached)
  • Include original packaging and all accessories
  • Not be a final sale or clearance item

How to Return

Step 1: Contact our customer support at support@ctmub.co to initiate a return

Step 2: We'll provide you with a prepaid return shipping label

Step 3: Pack the item securely in its original packaging

Step 4: Drop off at any USPS location or schedule a pickup

Refund Processing

• Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return

• You'll receive an email confirmation once your refund is processed

• Refunds will be credited to your original payment method

🛡️ 18-Month Warranty

All VOSS products are covered by our 18-month warranty against manufacturing defects and normal wear.

What's Covered:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Material or workmanship issues
  • Malfunctioning electronics (AI Sleep Mask)

What's Not Covered:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage from misuse or accidents
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications
